I felt that learning Mindfulness is the most important and precious gift that you can give to yourself and your family. It makes everything in life seem easier, knowing that the tools are available in my mind to deal better with whatever happens. I felt that everyone should learn this. I would recommend anyone who has suffered from anxiety and depression to take this course, as if they work at the mindfulness meditations and practise regularly they will definitely benefit. It will also probably change their attitude to life, for the better. The atmosphere in each session is excellent. Relaxed, friendly allowing me to learn the techniques in a calm, non-pressured manager.

I am 65. I have tried to meditate in different ways for about 30 years, but this is the first time I have enjoyed it and feel I can succeed at it. I love all the ways we are mindful, the walking, the stretching and all the other ways. Also the teachings have improved my life, my relationships, and the way I live. Also our teacher (Bhante Samitha) is lovely and has a great sense of humour. Thank you so much.

I have leant the traditional principles of mindfulness by a relaxed and fun environment and there is a lot of practice which is important. It is experiential we did laugh too, which is good for the soul. Other participants were respectful of each other. Being in a group environment really helps to encourage you to make the practice a regular part of each day.

I feel more calm, more of an observer of myself, more able to deal with my emotions, more in each moment, more able to bring myself back to moment, more proud of my commitments to change me and more happy to share it.
